Walking is a popular hobby with local countryside on the doorstep and the Pennine moors only a bus ride away.

ReplyDeleteI would have also liked to have seen some representation of the great horse riding that used to take place on the moss. Galloping across the moss was a favourite thing for me, and it seems to be a forgotten recreation of the 60's.
