Penny Meadow



Snow returned to Ashton on New Year's Day and even more so today, with snow falling for much of the day so far.

    The snow in Hyde was beautiful this morning - will be sharing my pics later - by lunch the main roads were gritted and around the market too so lots of green slush - I do hope it doesn't last too long though.

    I thought it was bad over here but this looks much worse. Commiserations...after a bit the fun wears off, doesn't it? Happy New Year!

    Bleak picture, even managing to capture the falling snow. The slush is ok while wet, but impossible if it freezes. Brrrrrr!!! Stay warm!!
